Private Meditation and/or Yoga Class
Private classes can be held at a studio or office space, or in the comfort of your own home.
Class duration ranges from 60 to 90 minutes and can be for individual, for couples or for a small group.
I offer classes both in-person and online.
These sessions are tailored to ensure you receive maximum benefit and results from your practice. They can be especially helpful if you are new to the practice, an advanced practitioner looking to deepen your knowledge or if you are working with an injury or illness.
During your first private lesson we will discuss health history, expectation, intentions and personal goals.
